Цель: обобщение знаний по лексике и грамматике по теме
«Окружающая среда».
Оборудование: записи на доске, карточки, картинки, мультимедиа.
Ход урока
Поставить проблемную задачу перед учениками How can teenagers
save our Earth.
Dear ladies and gentlemen! You are welcome at our conference. The main
question we are going to discuss is the environmental problems. Today we must
pay attention to the main problems our planet suffers from and find the way out.
We will decide what can save the Earth. We will listen to and discuss several
reports.
Включается экран, на экране изображение Земли.
Look at the screen and say how does our planet look like.

Доклад № 1.
It’s a wonderful word we live in.
But now human beings are killing our planet. Millions of animals die every
year because man has polluted their natural homes. Besides, every year people cut
down more trees, build more roads, and use more land for farming.
The country air, once clean and fresh, now many polluted by power stations
and factories.
People cut the trees down because they need wood and paper or new places
for farms and houses. Even if new trees are planted, it takes many years for them to
grow.
Water is also polluted very much. There is a lot of litter on the beaches, and
you can even see thick foam caused by chemical waste.
Pollution is very dangerous for people, wildlife and environment.
There are some of the world’s most environment problems. And it is no
good pretending they don’t exist – they do. What’s more, they are getting worse all
the time.

Pupil one: I can add about air pollution. We polluted our air, that is why our
climate has really changed. We have the greenhouse effect. It works like this: the
sun gives us heat. Some of the heat the atmosphere, some of the heat can’t go back
into space. That’s why winter and summer temperatures in many places have
become higher.

course, all of the problems are very important, but we can list them in order their
importance.
