history, interesting culture.



Health is the first and most important

need of man that determines his capacity

to work and providing development of the

person. First and foremost, our health

depends not from others, but from

ourselves.



Healthy lifestyle among young people,

unfortunately, losing its popularity and

more addicted to bad habits.



Do exercises, enjoy

life, give joy to

yourself and love ones

– and you will realize

that happiness

without cigarettes,

alcohol and drugs – is

real!

In 1997, in Russia launched the programme

"My yard, my entrance ". Let's see how it

changed cities, changed the mentality of the

people – there was respect for the preservation

of the beauty of your yard, and children

playing on the playgrounds with bright,

aesthetic perception is formed and, most

importantly, improved health outcomes – our

children are healthier and more physically

developed.



For teenagers and people of advanced

street exercise machines are established
